This former factory 350 m2 industrial building has been completely renovated. It has been transformed from a rough cinder block to a much more civilised look. Designed to be both a place of work with an artist’s studio and a place to live, it is resolutely turned towards creation. In this setting, everything is in perpetual motion. A neutral base with large volumes serves as a backdrop. The kitchen is as unobtrusive as possible, the studio overlooks the garden, and the bedrooms overlook the reception area. Each level has its own character, like an ocean liner that sails on a world turned towards interiority and the imaginary.
